date day

It all started with a walk/run of 5.5 miles. Then hot coffee. Fantastic lunch at a favorite place---Grimaldi's---greek salad and white pizza (you can guess who ordered what). Followed by iced coffee. Lots and lots of laughs. And then we picked up kids from school. Simple and fun day. While we never got to that crossword puzzle, I wouldn't trade all of the random conversation and laughing for anything in the world. Very sweet day.
