Apples are the most requested food items in our house. Apple juice. Apple sauce. And plain old apples. It's not that one of us is a fan, we all are. Currently, after many many months of research, it has been determined that Jonagolds are our favorites. Granny smiths (the really tart ones) are a close second...but for now, for summer, Jonagolds are the best.
Note to self in 2012: plant an apple tree.
