We let Elliott make his own birthday cake last week, and tonight we let him help with Keaton's cake. He loved it, and of course, he had the support of his best bud, Woody, the whole time.
P.S. Small update on this post. Turns out, kids don't really like Lemon Bars. We were trying to be creative and different and well, it didn't work. It is now 5 days past the birthday and big E has successfully eaten a whole pan of lemon bars by himself. Let's just say, I think it will be awhile before we make those again. Oh, and yes, an emergency pan of birthday brownies were made on the morning of his birthday.
