A friend I know through work gave me a gift recently...bulbs for paperwhite narcissus. I let these grow in our house about 10 years ago and haven't revisited them since then--not because I didn't like them, it is just that it hasn't been on my mind. It really was the nicest gift, and we have it set in the middle of our dinner table so the kids watch it grow everyday, and get to see the flowers pop up one-by-one. Very neat.
