Elliott had to make up a test at school today, since he missed one on his sick day. I asked him how it went and this was how the conversation went:

Me: Didn't you have your science test today?
E: Yes, Joshua and I both had to take it, he was home from school on test day too.
Me: Oh, ok, how did you do.
E: Good, I think. Yeah, we got in there and I told him "Man, I'm glad you're here...wouldn't want to have to tackle this one alone".
